Find A Hungry Market
One of the biggest mistakes people make is finding a product and then hoping that there is a group of hungry buyers for that product. I have done this and it frequently does not work out well. So, we are going to do just the opposite. We are going to search for a group of buyers and figure out what it is they are hungry for.
One of the easiest ways to get an idea of what people are looking to buy is to go to the Google keyword search tool and search for words like: how to start, how to stop, how to quit, how to learn, how to buy and other trigger keywords.

You will need to login with your Gmail account.
Login and search for keyword of your interest.
I then clicked on Ad group ideas tab. Now, I could see all kinds of keywords people have been typing into Google about starting a business, how to start a company, work from home, etc.
Another place you can go is ClickBank. If you search and sort by popularity you’ll see the most popular products being sold at the top. These are the kinds of things that people are hungry for.
Amazon.com is another place that you can go to find things that people are looking for. Amazon does a great job of keeping track of what is selling right now.

If you’re thinking of creating an information product, then it would be wise to go and visit popular forums in that niche and read what questions people are asking. If I were to create a product in the dog niche, I would google top dog forums and see what people were talking about. Most importantly, observe what questions they are asking.
You will probably notice that the dog owners on the forum might be posting the same questions over and over again. You can tell a hungry market by the number of times the same question is asked or how much questions they want answers to.
Now that you have found a hungry market, it is time to find or even create the perfect product for that market.
